• violates export control, sanctions, or trade restrictions

3. Personal Data Restrictions

The Services are not designed for processing personal data at scale.

You must not intentionally upload personal data unless strictly necessary for legitimate business purposes and lawful to do so.

You remain solely responsible for compliance with data protection laws relating to any personal data you upload.

4. Security and Platform Integrity

You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or systems
• interfere with or disrupt platform functionality
• probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities
• bypass usage limits or token controls

5. AI and Model Restrictions

You must not:

• reverse engineer, extract, or attempt to replicate AI Models
• use Outputs to train competing models
• manipulate inputs to degrade model performance

6. Token Usage and Payments

• Access to the Services is provided through prepaid usage tokens
• Tokens are non-refundable except where required by law
• Tokens may not be resold, transferred, or shared
• Abuse, manipulation, or circumvention of token systems is prohibited
• O8 Software reserves the right to suspend accounts for suspected payment fraud or misuse.

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

O8 Software may monitor use of the Services to ensure compliance with this AUP.

We may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations of this AUP.

8. Reporting Violations

Suspected violations of this AUP should be reported via the website.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
